Last minute cancellations, missed appointments, and late arrivals
may be charged full price for services. Cancellations are appreciated
24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may receive treatment with

Credit card “security payments” may be requested
when 2 or more services are booked.
Insurance Filing:
We accept medical insurance based on individual policy and coverage
that is established in advance of treatment.
Gratuities:
While not necessary for medical services, extending appreciation
